Commencement Weekend will be held on May 23-25, 2025.
Plans for Commencement Weekend are for families and guests to attend two celebratory events: one of the university ceremonies at the stadium on Saturday and a college/school or department ceremony during the weekend.
2025 Weekend Schedule
The daily schedules below list all events that are planned for the weekend. Overall, the weekend events are completed by 1:00pm Sunday, but personal schedules will vary based on college events.
Friday is generally a travel day, when many families arrive in town. However, many Colleges and/or Departments have events planned for Friday. Please review the college event section when making your travel plans.

Concert is held in Bailey Hall by the renowned Cornell Choirs, 8:00-9:45pm. Concert information, price, and link to purchase tickets will posted at Cornell Tickets in late spring. Direct specific questions about the concert to chorus@cornell.edu
Saturday is graduation day! University Commencement Ceremonies are held at 10 am and 2:30 pm in Schoellkopf Stadium for all degree candidates. The procession and ceremony will be livestreamed for both events. A number of colleges and departments have events planned for Saturday as well. Please review this section for details.
