We offer a number of ways to watch the Commencement Ceremony from Ithaca and elsewhere.

Webcast (Live Streaming)

The Commencement procession and ceremony will be live streamed, rain or shine, beginning at 10:00am local time, at http://cornell.edu/video. This is a great option for family & friends who are unable to travel to Ithaca, as they can watch the event online as it's happening and cheer on the graduate from home.

Television Coverage (Local)

The Commencement procession and ceremony will be televised, rain or shine, beginning at 10:00am, on Time Warner Cable Channel 16. The broadcast may be viewed on televisions in area homes and hotels equipped with local Time Warner Cable.

Indoor Large-Screen Viewing Locations on Campus

The Commencement procession and ceremony will be shown in real-time on large indoor screens at Bartels Hall, Kennedy Hall, and Statler Auditorium. This is a great option for Commencement guests who prefer to avoid crowds, sun, rain, heat/cold, etc. No reservations are necessary and there is no limit to the number of guests per family. To get to the indoor viewing locations, you may park then either ride a bus or walk to the location.

Online Archive Video

A recorded video of Commencement will be viewable online once the event has ended. You may watch the archived video on CornellCast at http://cornell.edu/video.

Commencement DVD

A professionally produced 2-hour DVD of the Commencement procession and ceremony is available for purchase through The Cornell Store.
